Now that is some hot kitchen....Looks great! Can't wait to taste some of the output..... and one advantage is that when the spaghetti sauce pot boils over, no one will see the stains on the wall.
...t'has to be the weirdest thing. For the longest time I've preciously kept this little swatch of paint in order to eventually paint my living room. After years of searching and comparing reds, I carefully picked the right one as being the perfect shade of red: Red Awning from Behr.
My living room is not yet painted but now that I see how great it looks in your kitchen (I'm jealous)... I know I can go ahead and dare! LOL

Instead of painting the town red, you painted the kitchen. I bet it is fun to cook in there with that spicy color.
