Seder Menu

I'm currently holed up inside, flitting back and forth between my kitchen, laptop (research paper) and TV (NCAA Tourney). Just wanted to give you all a sneak peek at my part of my seder menu for Monday night!

Helene's Eggplant Camponata
Charoset
Braised Brisket with Thirty-six Cloves of Garlic
Matzah Apple Kugel
Roasted Cauliflower and Brussel Sprouts
Randy's White "Gefilte" Fish
Passover Honey Nut Cake with Soaking Syrup
Raspberry Squares

And, of course, plenty of wine!
